Terms of Service
Effective 15 August 2026. These terms govern access to ExAi accounts, public event experiences, and product modules.
Using ExAi
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use only data you are authorized to process, and comply with applicable law and event policies.
Customer responsibility
Customers control their event configuration, invitations, content, integrations, and lawful basis for uploaded or captured business data. Customers must configure collection notices and permissions before processing production records.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, scrape personal data, or use AI features to make unlawful or solely automated high-impact decisions.
Service and contact
Paid service details, availability commitments, fees, and termination rights are defined in the applicable order or customer agreement. Questions can be sent to legal@exai.events.
