We process account identifiers, organization and event context, interaction details submitted through the product, consent choices, device and security logs, and support communications.

Organizer and exhibitor customers control the event and business data they place in ExAi. ExAi processes that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Attendee contact details are shared only according to the attendee's explicit interaction and consent choices.

Individuals can request access, correction, deletion, or portability by contacting privacy@exai.events.

Data is retained only for the customer relationship, legal obligations, security, and configured event retention periods. ExAi uses tenant isolation, access controls, encryption in transit, and audit records to protect it.
