AI Data Policy

Organizer, exhibitor, and individual attendee workspaces remain separate. ExAi supplies an AI feature only with data that the requesting workspace is authorized to access.

Public attendee experiences use published event and exhibitor information. Personal or lead intelligence uses information supplied by the individual and the consent choices recorded for that interaction.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. It is decision support, not a substitute for human review, and must not be used as the sole basis for legal, employment, credit, health, or similarly high-impact decisions.
